Juke Afrique Music Licensing
Simple rights for finished creative work
Juke Afrique offers creator and business licenses for eligible music. The license that applies to you depends on your active membership plan or the terms included with an individual track purchase.
Creator Membership
The Creator Membership is intended for digital creative projects. Eligible music may be incorporated into finished YouTube videos, podcasts, social-media posts, livestreams, advertisements, presentations, films, games and similar digital projects, including monetized work.
Business Membership
The Business Membership includes the Creator uses above and permits suitable eligible music to be played in one physical commercial location, such as a restaurant, salon, office, retail space, Airbnb common area or similar environment. Long-form atmosphere mixes are included only where they are specifically identified as eligible.
What you may do
• Incorporate eligible music into finished projects covered by your selected license.
• Publish and monetize those finished projects while your use follows the applicable terms.
• Edit, trim, loop or synchronize eligible music as part of a finished licensed project.
• Continue distributing projects completed and published during an active membership, subject to the final detailed terms adopted at launch.
What you may not do
• Resell, share, sublicense or redistribute music as a standalone track or raw audio file.
• Upload the music to stock-music, sample-library or competing music services.
• Claim the music as your own standalone composition or recording.
• Register the music itself with Content ID or another rights-management system.
• Transfer downloaded raw files to another person, client, company or location unless their own license expressly permits it.
• Use a one-location Business Membership in multiple physical business locations.
Eligible music and individual purchases
Only products clearly marked as membership-eligible are included in unlimited member downloads. Other products may remain available as individual purchases. Product-specific terms control where they differ from this general guide.
Membership status
Access to new downloads requires an active membership. Cancellation stops future member downloads at the end of the paid period. Billing controls and exact subscription terms will be displayed during checkout when recurring membership checkout launches.
